Due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak, we are requesting only Buyers/Sellers/Agents/Lenders be in the closing room for all closings until further notice. Any other parties/family members are welcome to attend but are asked to please remain in the waiting area during the closing. We definitely want to do our part in keeping our clients, attorneys and staff as safe as possible during this time and truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
